Management Trainee Programme
GradX is the GroupM training program whereby graduates from all walks of life, with a passion and interest for media, marketing and technology are given an opportunity to break into the industry.
Work responsibilities will include but not be limited to 30%:
The program’s duration is 12 months and consists of formal classroom learning as well as on the job training.
The program objective is to facilitate skills growth and knowledge creation within media and advertising as we aim to successfully welcome these young, innovative minds as members of our agencies after the 12 months program.
